I did a bit of cooking today and made my bento for tomorrow. I never posted Friday's bento either,


Top tier has pieces of veggie burger and stir fired broccoli on a bed of greens. Bottom tier has a couple of plain onigiri and two leftover shumai from take out the night before.



This is the one for today. I adapted it from one I saw in a bento book. It has rice topped with mushrooms, stir fried chicken, spinach sauteed with ginger and soy sauce and pieces of sweet potato. Not shown is the bottom tier with grapes, blueberries and pieces of banana bread for breakfast.
