Today's Bento

Just finished putting today's bento together:





Far right are two onigiri topped with a sweet and sour cippoline onion, grape tomatoes and broccoli. On the left, front row to back are spring rolls with shrimp, sprouts and cucumber, Sesame carrots and chicken teryaki, and mandarin oranges.

It makes me ambitious to do a better job with my lunch. *ponders*

I've been eating junk and as a result feeling not great. I'm trying to be thoughtful and plan ahead for good, healthy food for lunch. None of this is hard or takes much time to do. I cooked a few things on Sunday and I'll be able to use them for the first part of the week. It also accurs to me that this is entirely wheat free so ok for your family.
