Or maybe they just get anyone else. In either case I was offered a promotion today. I'll be changing to salary (which could be a problem) and my hours change to 9-6 (which I hate) but with any luck I can negotiate a decent salary increase to make up for it. And since I turned down an offer a few months ago I really do have to take this one so I hope the money is good. We'll be discussing the details on Friday. So right now I have no idea if this is a good thing or a bad thing.
