My best friend is going on a long road trip and asked me to make her some CDs. I sent her my iTunes list to pick what she wanted. Since we work together she had the list at work and a couple of other people saw it. They then decided to pick some music too and in return they sent around their lists for us to choose from. I loved seeing other people's iTunes libraries and seeing what they chose from mine. I learned some new things about my friends! Who knew that S is a big fan of classical and celtic music? Anyway, back to my BF, she picked about 70 songs. When I looked them over I noticed a bunch she hadn't chosen that I sort of thought she would have, based on the ones she picked. I asked her about it and she said she didn't recognize a lot of the songs and she was also a bit overwhelmed by the choices. So I offered to make her another list of songs I would pick out for her based on the choices she had made herself. All I did was copy them into a playlist in the order I chose them (which was sorted by artist.) I'm listening to that really eclectic and odd list of songs now and having a best time! I haven't listened to some of these in years!
She also asked me to pick some Adam songs for her, which I did. I don't feel bad since I bought four copies of his CD but nevertheless, to make up for it I'm offering to gift one song from his new remix EP or his current single to the first five people to ask me for it here. You have to have a US iTunes account though.
Anyway, here's the list of 70 songs I made for her. Remember it's based on her taste and that they were for a long road trip she's doing by herself.
ETA:Three Four songs spoken for, still have two to give away!
