First day after a holiday is always a bear. Today:

One was out sick (severe allergic reaction to something)
Another was out since it was his day off
Another was out because she got a new job and had to do something with that
One who was here had to cover another area due to above.
Which left just me and my boss. Until she went flying out of the office because her mother was being rushed to the hospital with a possible heart attack.
Which left...just me.

Nightmare.

Then a truck took out all the phones in one of our communities.

Got home, exhausted, and decided to work on a project. Just as I thought all was going well I discovered that I had cut two pieces upside down. I had a little more of the stock I used so I laid out the pieces again and the second one shattered. So now I am in the position of having two more pieces to cut and having to recut for the third time the one that shattered and not a single thing can go wrong or I am out of stock.

I should have just gone straight to bed.

On a happier note our new air conditioning system was installed today and seems to be working wonderfully.
