I spent the first part of the morning in a flurry of phone calls between the registration office and my department chair and myself. I couldn't get into the PhotoShop class. I finally ended up in Visual Basic .Net. So we got all that solved and the last thing the registrar said to me was "Now be sure and stop in the beginning of next week to register for graduation." Yeah!!!!!!!!!

I had to go up there to get the textbook for my new class so I took my dad with me and we stopped there. Got the book, then continued on to a fabulous Chocolate factory where we splurged. I actually do better in terms of diet with this stuff. It's so expensive and so rich that I can easily limit myself to one piece a day. From there we went to the restaurant supply house where we picked up a few things I've been needing, including a new kitchen scale and a new instant thermometer. A necessity. The last one failed while I was cooking a whole filet of beef. Not the time to wreck a roast! (Always good to shop with my dad as he has money, unlike me.)

Then home and took my mother to the grocery store and to buy Norton for her computer. Now I am home and going to do nothing except maybe play some Sims. Oh. Semester has started. Guess I'll study too :-p
